excellent stay near public transport
spacious room helpful staff thoughtful card pleasant view
the room was spacious, with usb ports, so adapters were unnecessary. i found complimentary chocolates and a thoughtful card for my anniversary. the staff were available and helpful, further enhancing the experience. the view from the 12th floor provided a pleasant outlook.
I noticed the breakfast selection could use slight improvement regarding temperature. Some hot items were only lukewarm.

mouldy edging poor shower
The pool seemed rather run-down. I saw mold along the edges and loose pieces of temporary edging scattered around. The changing rooms were full of water when I visited. My clothes became wet, and the area seemed dirty. It was no one had checked it recently. The room need a better shower. I noticed water pooled in the toilet area, and the whole arrangement felt unhygienic.

adequate stay with notable issues
dusty surfaces torn shade
i found the room's cleanliness lacking. there was dust on surfaces and the bathroom showed signs of mildew in the shower. the blackout shade had a tear, it let in too much light. this made it difficult to sleep comfortably.
